CS/3160 lift stacker - the next high-end stacker ready to go
Today, IN-LOG, GAMMERLER and RIMA form a single post-press team. One result of this collaboration is the CS/3160 lift stacker, an improved version of the KL 560 also integrating features of the RS 36. The CS/3160 is currently the best-selling commercial stacker, offering a perfect combination of performance, high-quality bundles and reliability. It is used successfully in commercial, book and newspaper printing behind heatset, coldset and rotogravure presses.
The CS/3160 will run behind a new press:
Copies from different deliveries are merged and run into the CS/3160 stacker. The CS/3160's electric size adjustment is especially useful for short runs and changing formats, which are both important customer requirements. Additionally, the stacker's job handling software allows the operator to save and recall productions. Once a saved production is selected, the stacker automatically adjusts to the correct size, saving precious make-ready time. Final size adjustments can be done with the stacker running.
