We support young people!

Experience matters and knowledge transfer is essential – see how IN-LOG | GÄMMERLER supports its team of young people.
We are in a consolidating industry with aging equipment - having highly skilled people with many years of experience is important to you as a printer and binder but also to us as a manufacturer, especially in times when we are forced to keep the existing equipment running. At the same time we also have to look to the future, right…?
Even in difficult times, the MERTEN Group has always tried to ensure that there is a constant transfer of knowledge. We see this as an essential part of our investment in the future. We are committed to having apprentices, training and educating them and making sure they have a solid foundation for their future and we have good employees who can grow with the company.
Our apprentices Vanessa and Mathias helped to assemble, wire, install and pre-test the machines. Together with our engineer Phillip they did all the final testing and marked the machine "good to go". Real teamwork and a great way to transfer knowledge and build experience.
Interesting and motivating: Several of our division managers started as apprentices, have grown with the company, and are now reliable and important pillars of the team.
