Second life for a robot!

From the press room to the bindery for a second life: For many years, the IN-LOG robot has worked behind a Rotoman press, often operating 24/7. Equipped with a double gripper, the robot palletizes bundles of retail products from one production line onto one pallet. When production on the Rotoman stopped, we discussed possible alternatives for the robot with the customer.
Today, the robot is ready for its new challenge in the bookbindery, where it will palletize from two lines onto four pallets behind two saddle stitchers. To ensure a perfect start in its new home, we have checked, overhauled, upgraded, and re-trained the robot in our factory.
