Repost from Royle Printing – new postpress for S2000
We’re thrilled to announce the launch of our new, fully automated postpress system with two high-end SH700-IG horizontal log stackers from IN-LOG|GAMMERLER on our Sunday 2000 we press! 🎉 Signatures will be transported via overhead conveyors, moving up and over before descending into the stackers. Meanwhile, signatures from the other side will travel across the back of the press and ascend into one of the overhead conveyors. The robotic arm, featured in the second photo, will then efficiently stack signature logs onto pallets. Full pallets will move down the conveyor to be picked up, and new pallets will be loaded automatically.
