New post press system – concept, realization, start-up

In times of limited budgets, investing in new equipment can be challenging. An optimized configuration, technical solutions that meet the main requirements, intelligent automation, and special features all work toward the same goal: finding the best technical solution within an acceptable budget. The target for this project was: "We need a fully automatic post press system that produces consistent quality logs behind a Lithoman 64p producing 2 x 32p at up to 100,000 cph." Fully tested equipment – making sure he concept works as planned:
One of the core commitments at IN-LOG | GÄMMERLER – we only ship equipment fully tested at our factory. Yes, it takes more resources to assemble and test a system at the factory before shipping. But it gives us and our customers the guarantee of an operational system. In addition, installation and start-up on-site will be fast and smooth.
