Integration of 2nd hand equipment

Example of successful integration of overhauled components following a plant relocation:

In this specific project, a double stream trimming line was overhauled in the plant, the downstream conveyors were adapted in length and height to the new configuration, a short overhead conveyor section was integrated to facilitate operator access, and missing components were replaced with new or overhauled modules. The trimming line was installed behind an existing Gämmerler conveyor system and the two shingle streams of 3-side timed products are fed into two existing compensating stackers with connected palletizer.
