At the same time we also have to look to the future, right\u2026?\u2028Even in difficult times, the MERTEN Group has always tried to ensure that there is a constant transfer of knowledge. We see this as an essential part of our investment in the future. We are committed to having apprentices, training and educating them and making sure they have a solid foundation for their future and we have good employees who can grow with the company. \u2028Our apprentices Vanessa and Mathias helped to assemble, wire, install and pre-test the machines.
